Bevillingen skal bruges p\u00e5 at udbyde fire kombinerede 12-ugers selvhj\u00e6lp\/mindfulness-forl\u00f8b for personer med psykisk s\u00e5rbarhed og\/eller lavt selvv\u00e6rd.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e6s mere <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vellivforeningen.dk\/for-ansoegere\/projekter\/selvhjaelpsgrupper-med-mindfulness-i-herning\/\">HER<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I 2020 st\u00f8ttede Velliv Foreningens Akutpulje afpr\u00f8vningen af kombinationen af selvhj\u00e6lp og mindfulness. Forl\u00f8bene havde god tilslutning og deltagerne fortalte, b.la. at de var blevet bedre til at m\u00e6rke sig selv og s\u00e6tte gr\u00e6nser samt til at acceptere deres styrker s\u00e5vel som svagheder. Erfaringerne fra disse forl\u00f8b viste ogs\u00e5, at forl\u00f8bene med fordel kunne forl\u00e6nges fra otte til tolv uger.<\/p>\n<p>Det f\u00f8rste forl\u00f8b starter fredag d. 4. juni kl 10-12. Der er plads til otte deltagere pr forl\u00f8b.
